Wow!
Its been almost a year since I posted on here. I guess I have been kind of busy huh? So last night Bruce and I were invited to Signatures in Winona to do a menu tasting for the spring menu.
Awesome food! If anyone gets a chance to go eat there, do it. The food that we tried was so good. The executive chef, Doug came out and gave us an explanation of what we were eating and what he was thinking when he created the dish. We drank wine that Bruce provided. There was five couples total. I hope we get invited back for the summer menu. yummy!
